Refund And Returns Policy

1.1 Digital Nature of Products: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download or API activation, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a download has been initiated or an API key generated, the “service” is considered fully delivered.
1.2 The “Fairness” Exception: We want you to be happy. If a product is completely broken, missing files, or does not work as described, and our support team cannot fix it within 3 business days of your report, we may offer a store credit or a pro-rated refund at our sole discretion.
1.3 Dispute & Chargeback Policy: At GPL Designers, we value communication. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our WhatsApp or Ticket support first is considered a violation of these terms.
- Consequences: Any account associated with a dispute or chargeback will be permanently terminated, and all access to updates, API keys, and downloads will be revoked immediately. We provide all necessary evidence to payment processors to prove digital delivery and account activity.

Standard Access Plans (Manual Downloads Only):

Monthly VIP: 15 Downloads per day. Updates for 1 month. (No Bundles).
Quarterly VIP: 30 Downloads per day. Updates for 6 months. (Includes Bundles).
Yearly VIP: 35 Downloads per day. Updates for 12 months. (Includes Bundles).
Lifetime VIP: Unlimited Downloads (Fair Use applies). Lifetime Updates & Bundles.

Premium Sync & License Plans (The Ultimate Access):

Lifetime Personal (Sync): Includes everything in Lifetime VIP + API Sync System for up to 10 websites. Includes Genuine License Keys for selected premium products.
Lifetime Business (Sync): The complete Agency package. Includes everything in Lifetime VIP + Unlimited API Sync for client websites. Includes Genuine License Keys, Priority API access, and Reselling Rights.
