  1. All the products on the website are digital, and if a person downloads a plugin or theme then there is no way of returning the product. No refund will be given unless the product you download is of no use and find useless.
  2. If You find any problem with the product you purchase then you can contact us, we will try to fix it. And if we couldn’t fix it, we will refund your amount.
  3. Our support team is available and you can contact them through the contact box. You can also do live chat from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  4. We are not the developer of these themes and plugins, so our technical support is not that high.
  5. We don’t make any change in the product, we download these products from original owners and provides them to you.
  6. Refund requests for any Membership Plans will not be accepted by any means if the item has already been once downloaded from the website of GPLDesigners, these are digital products, if you download then there is no way of return. So there is no refund for membership plans. there are more than 1000+ themes and 1000+ plugins and there could be some errors in some themes and plugins in this case we will do our best to fix it by contacting our resource else update the wallet with purcahse amount or refund that choice will be yours.

Sometimes at customers end error occurs during installation but at our end the product work perfectly in that case customer have to provide demo site so we can test the installation to be fair for both parties once we test and confirm that the product really defected you are eligable for refund.
  8. Do GPLDesigners Provide License Keys?

    We cannot and won’t provide/lease/release/resell license keys. All the products offered in this website are licensed under the GNU GPL License. You do not need any license keys to use them in as many of the projects you need. This plugins and themes only require license keys to get automatic updates from their authors.
